1. Acceptance

By using GeoScore, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the tool.

2. Service Description

GeoScore is a free audit tool that scores websites 0-100 across 12 dimensions of AI search visibility (Generative Engine Optimization). The tool runs entirely in your browser; we do not operate any application servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use GeoScore to audit sites you don't own or have explicit permission to audit at high volume (rate-limit: 1 audit per 5 seconds per IP)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code for commercial resale (the source is already MIT-licensed and available on GitHub)
• Use automated scripts to scrape audit results for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the service, the proxy servers, or any third-party services we rely on

4. Audit Results Disclaimer

GeoScore provides a best-effort heuristic score based on publicly observable signals. The score is educational and directional; it does not guarantee ranking or citation in any AI search engine. AI search algorithms change frequently and the tool may not reflect the latest signals.

No specific outcome (crawling, indexing, ranking, citation) is guaranteed. Use the tool's recommendations as a starting point, not as definitive truth.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoScore and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

7. Intellectual Property

Source code: MIT License (see LICENSE). Blog content and educational materials: CC BY-SA 4.0. You may copy, modify, and redistribute with attribution.

8. Third-Party Services

Use of GeoScore is also subject to the terms of the third-party services we rely on for hosting and CORS proxying:

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the GitHub repository changelog.
